About
What this site is, and what it is not
A free index of what the news outlets we read published today, newest first, with every headline linking to the newsroom that wrote it.
The short version
Front Page reads the public RSS and Atom feeds of a fixed list of newsrooms and research archives, keeps the headline, the outlet, the publish time and one short snippet, and sorts all of it newest first. We do not rewrite your story, we do not republish it, and we do not pretend to be a newsroom. It is a reading list with a clock on it.
Where the words come from
Every title and snippet on this site is the publisher’s own text, taken from the feed they chose to publish for exactly this purpose. We keep snippets short on purpose, take nothing from inside the article page, and never copy a photograph. Any picture on this site is our own, not theirs. The full list of outlets and each feed URL are public, so you can check any claim by going to the source.
Why it is free
Aday Labs makes apparel. The three cards you see on every page, labelled Ad, are our own t-shirts, sold at bananacoconut.com. That is the entire business model here: no third-party advertising network, no sponsored posts, no affiliate links, no pop-ups, and no cookie banner, because we set no cookies.
How we treat people who visit
No cookies, no local storage, no analytics script and nothing sent to a third party. When a page loads, the browser makes one same-origin request for a one-pixel image so we can count that a page was read. The server records the page, the time, the coarse type of device, and only the first three numbers of your IP address, which is enough to count a place but not to identify a person. When you click an ad we record which design you clicked before sending you to the store. That is the whole list.
Corrections and takedowns
If you publish something we indexed and would rather we did not, write to hello@adaylabs.com and we will remove your feed within one business day; no legal claim needed. Same address for a wrong headline or a broken link. We would rather be accurate than fast.
This site is an index, not a publication. Opinions in headlines belong to the outlets that wrote them, and headlines sometimes age: a story dated last week stays on its page as a record of when it ran, which is why every page shows the publish time and the source.
